The service department does good work my only issue is twice I have had a nail in one of my tires and instead of plugging it they say it’s to close to the sidewall and can’t be repaired but will sell me a twice I have had a nail in one of my tires and instead of plugging it they say it’s to close to the sidewall and can’t be repaired but will sell me a new tire for almost $300. I repaired the tire myself for under $20 for a plug jit. More

The service man I left my Rav 4 . Turning 20,000 miles . Called me and said he was done . I asked about the oil he said it didn’t need changing that was at 15000 . All went great until I got home and realized the maintenance indicator had not been reset to current mileage. I got manual out and did it myself so no major problem.
