He was knowledgeable, calm and explained the differences between models. I purchased a gorgeous 2011 SLK300 in March. It had a ‘hidden’ cosmetic issue that I didn’t notice until I took delivery of the car. Arthur handled my call really well and Tim Klingenberger took care of the issue without reserve. It is easy to look good when everything goes smoothly. But the true test is how problems are dealt with. The work was superb. I was so happy with how I was treated and the outcome, that I just purchased another vehicle, a 2016 E350.
