Horrible experience. Left my Tundra for service and fixing the rattling sound from the front doors, which these "professionals" have tried to fix for the fifth time and c Left my Tundra for service and fixing the rattling sound from the front doors, which these "professionals" have tried to fix for the fifth time and could not, writing that this rattling sound is as normal as in another Toyota, that is, upon their possession I bought a piece of xxxx for 80 thousand for which extraneous sounds in the door panels are normal, because they are in other similar cars. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. When I came to pick up the car after the service and check if they did something about the extraneous noise from the panels, I found out that they broke the volume knob and instead of replacing it they just glued it and when I turned it it broke off and remained in my hands. When I left the car I did a sound check together with Frank Ramirez who commanded me to make it louder and quieter so that he could hear the sounds from the panels, after which I left the car with them, which shows that this knob worked when I left the car with them. because they made the glue something got damaged and they couldn't just replace the knob, they said they would give me an estimate for replacing the whole unit and I had to pay for it. Frank Ramirez also tried to film me in my car on his personal phone without my permission, and after my demand not to do it and delete the video he deleted it, but nevertheless I believe that he illegally invaded my personal space causing me terrible inconvenience, discomfort and unwillingness to communicate with such Toyota representatives in the future. I brought my tundra in for a basic oil change. They stripped the drain plug and I lost almost all my oil. I brought it back and they did another oil change. This time the O ring for the drain plug They stripped the drain plug and I lost almost all my oil. I brought it back and they did another oil change. This time the O ring for the drain plug was cracked and still leaking. I brought it back again and they did a third oil change. I was told to bring it back if there was any issues before my next oil change was due and they would take care of it. My motor failed after about 2500 miles. They blamed it on the high mileage of the truck, 260k, and told me to kick rocks. It took me two years to save enough money to replace the motor myself. I asked the mechanic doing the install to find out what failed on the motor and why. He found that there was no oil filter installed which caused the bearings to fail. I notified the service manager and he lied and said he was there and confirmed the installation of the oil filter. Still covering for his shops mistakes and blaming the failure on high mileage. Corporate did nothing to help. Customer relations did nothing to help. This dealership is shady. No integrity from the service manager. So much for bring it back if there's any issues before the next oil change and we'll take care of it. I'm going to continue to discourage everyone I know from doing business there until they hold up to their word and make right their mistake. More

Returned again for my routine maintenance of my Toyota Camry. As long as I deal directly with the Repairs Mgmt. and he oversees my work done-I will return for service- However-even when I oversee worki Camry. As long as I deal directly with the Repairs Mgmt. and he oversees my work done-I will return for service- However-even when I oversee working with him, errors are still occurring and mindful oversight on my part as the customer has to simultaneously be done. Today was no exception- After having my car serviced and left overnight, there were still issues that needed addressing and would of fallen through the perverbial cracks if I wasn’t on top of oversight. Yes, mgmt addressed it-but if I wasn’t as assertive and observant to oversee, the oversights would still occur. Therefore I continue to rate Frontier a 3 and not a 5 Star Service. More

I have been taking my two Lexus cars to this dealership for the past 4 years. Lilly always took take care of my cars. I tell the truth, she was always honest with me. To be honest its not about the money but its about customer service and care she provides. I must also mention Bill the head technician. Bill is very knowledgeable he always works on my cars, from break jobs to transmission diagnosis, He knows it all. And answers all my questions. Thank you for your exceptional service. And that is why I always come back. More

Frontier Toyota in Valencia will be my go-to place in this area for all my car/tire needs, I really like their straightforward, fast, and superb first-class service. It isn't surprising that people keep this area for all my car/tire needs, I really like their straightforward, fast, and superb first-class service. It isn't surprising that people keep coming back here for years since it's one of, if not 'the' best shop in the area. It was really busy, but Z helped me out right away almost as soon as I arrived, and everything went smoothly. You should expect nothing but fair prices and outstanding customer service from their team. Even if you have a mechanic already, you'd be advised to get a second opinion here to at least have a second opinion from a team that provides incredible value. The location is great and parking is very convenient, they greeted me politely and were on top of all matters. I needed a car inspection on very short notice for my newly purchased 2022 Toyota Corolla and they basically took me in right away, which was very helpful. Aside from the amazing service, they are true experts at what they're doing and can find the true issue and give the best recommendations available. You can rest assured you'll never get overcharged or get some kind of unsure feedback, you'll get detail on what really needs to get resolved, nothing more and nothing less, with no upsells or the like. When friends and family ask me for a Toyota shop in this area, I'll always recommend Frontier. The hours are also very convenient as well for those working Mon-Fri. No complaints whatsoever about my experience with Z or any of the other amazing team members here, I look forward to coming back to Frontier Toyota. More
