My name is Greg Irvin and I am an Assistant Sales Manager for Frontier Toyota. I have over 30 years in automotive retail business. I have held every position from service porter to sales manager. I attended Cal State University, Northride and have been a So Cal resident since 1979. My number one goal is creating a rich and transparent purchase experience from start to finish. My hobbies include: hiking, fishing, photography, reading, and Harley Davidson's.

Belen was a joy to work with. This is the 1st new car I have had since 2004 so I had no clue how to do any of this. Last week I filed a negative review about Frontier Toyota and it's tepid response to my missing manual and problems associated with the Karr app. Today I received a long but highly positive phone call from and it's tepid response to my missing manual and problems associated with the Karr app. Today I received a long but highly positive phone call from Greg from Frontier. He profusely apologized for any inconvenience we suffered. Both my wife and I praised his efforts for the singular reason that he at no time proffered any excuses. In fact he took my obvious tirade as an opportunity to help his staff. Yes, he could have easily ignored the whiny tone of my review (it was the angry tirade of an old man), but instead took it as an opportunity to educate and prevent any future problems. In short I would have no problem with buying a vehicle from Frontier. More

On Sunday I bought a new 2024 Toyota Tacoma. I wanted to say the overall experience was the best I have ever had when buying a vehicle. the saleperson, Leon Kimelman and manager, Greg Irvin, w I wanted to say the overall experience was the best I have ever had when buying a vehicle. the saleperson, Leon Kimelman and manager, Greg Irvin, were awesome. The whole experience was positive and we came to a great agreement on price. The finance person, Chris Akopyan was also great. He didn't hassle me with any protection packages etc.. which has always been for me the worst part of the buying experience. Leon and Greg Irvin knew what I wanted to spend walking out the door and fully my offer. Can't thank them enough. If you want vehicle and experienced salesperson definitely go see Leon Kimelman!
