Such amazing service. I am new to the area and had inquired with another dealer first. They were rude and not responsive. Santa Monica was the opposite! Valet service, they brought me a loaner and picked up my car. Communication was fantastic and they even told me I didn't need something I thought I did. Just stellar. More

We asked them to fix the Apple CarPlay and it still doesn't work. It's really frustrating to have a new car and not be able to plug our phone in and use Apple CarPlay. I arrived at my appointment on time and was immediately taken in. I was shown to the waiting area and offered complimentary tea and coffee while I waited for my vehicle. I would say this dealership is excellent to work with. They are efficient, they answer their calls and actually pick up the phone, which I can tell you other dealerships do not.
