We asked them to fix the Apple CarPlay and it still doesn't work. It's really frustrating to have a new car and not be able to plug our phone in and use Apple CarPlay. I arrived at my appointment on time and was immediately taken in. I was shown to the waiting area and offered complimentary tea and coffee while I waited for my vehicle.
