Salesman had over 2hrs to get the car ready, the tank was full but car was dirty, when We point out this issue, the salesman just reply “for what you pay, no detailing was available”. We were hungry and tired after spending around 5hrs in the dealership, so We just told him that this was the worst customer service experienced at this Criswell where our family purchased 6 cars already. More
