As a college student, I was not sure how the car purchasing worked and honestly, I was really nervous about it since my parents were not going to help me with the payments this time and even coming purchasing worked and honestly, I was really nervous about it since my parents were not going to help me with the payments this time and even coming with me to the dealership. I was really lucky having Arbi help me out on the whole experience. Arbi was really understanding, and made me feel comfortable with the entire purchase. He understood my budget, being aware that I just graduated with my bachelor degree. Arbi, wasn't the typically pushy car guy that you often see in the movies but a family guy who understood and respected my situation. He made sure to explain everything before signing anything and made me feel comfortable that i did not feel dumb for asking basic questions about financing, service and warranties. I am so glad that the entire process was super smooth without experiencing any intimidation compared to what my Dad told me about. I was able to stay within my budget, and Arbi even gave me additional tips about maintaining it while I'm at graduate school. It was my first time purchasing a car, and I was very nervous about the whole process, but the Sales Manager Arbi, made it a breeze! I had traveled to several dealerships and as a female, I felt intimida nervous about the whole process, but the Sales Manager Arbi, made it a breeze! I had traveled to several dealerships and as a female, I felt intimidated by the salespersons and sales managers, but, Arbi's friendly and patient approach put me at ease right away. He took extra time and care in explaining the financing options in the terms that I could understand, and even stayed late to make sure that all my questions were answered. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond by giving me a detailed walkthrough of all my new car's features before I drove off the lot. If you are feeling overwhelmed about buying a car, especially if it is your first time like it was for me, then make sure you see Arbi. Giving Arbi five stars just isn't enough. More

We felt neglected, communication since the beginning was not clear, pictures of a different car, mileage pic of a different car. Finally, the Sales Manager, who was super efficient, made it work, but our paperwork and Us were sitting for over 2hrs before financing processed. Salesman had over 2hrs to get the car ready, the tank was full but car was dirty, when We point out this issue, the salesman just reply “for what you pay, no detailing was available”. We were hungry and tired after spending around 5hrs in the dealership, so We just told him that this was the worst customer service experienced at this Criswell where our family purchased 6 cars already.
