The finance folks from GM Financial gave a wonderful deal. It has been and I know will continue to be a very pleasant experience dealing with MA Haik Chevrolet and their great staff of professionals.....I don't plan on being a stranger to this dealership and will not hesitate to relate my experience with others who are looking for pleasant car buying experience. I’ve brought my car to Mac haik several times for the same problem. They keep saying oh the problem is fixed or oh we can’t find the problem. But my car still having transmission issues. What’s even more crazy is the transmission is “so say new” . They customer service sucks . From check-in…to management and also the loaner department ! Even the girl who checks you out had an attitude. Which out of all of them I should be the one mad . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE OVER HERE FOR MECHANIC WORK NOR TO PURCHASE AN VEHICLE . RUNNNNNNN GO ELSEWHERE ! These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY ! ! More

Told us the vehicle was in San Antonio but was in Pearland. Our trade in was valued at 42k plus on Kelly Blue Book and only offered us a little over 30K but gave a story that it needed new wheels an Pearland.
