He was patient, kind and understanding throughout the entire process. Angel was an angel as he shopped my loan to find the best deal for me. I purchased my 2010 HHR from Sterling Chevrolet five years ago and Omar, the finance manager, was still around five years later, just in a different role now that the dealership is owned by Ted Britt. The entire team was phenomenal and made the overall experience perfect for me. I am now driving a beautiful, spanking brand new silver 2015 Equinox, my dream car. Anthony was very understanding when we said we needed time to think about our decisions and said he'd be there when we were ready. We finally made our decision two weeks ago, I contacted Anthony and said we wanted to trade in my Tahoe for the suburban and would be in on a Wednesday. Anthony met us there even though it was his day off! He was very respectful of our time, and went to work immediately to get us a super fair trade in deal and we left super happy in our new car! The Salesperson, Anthony Saunders was very laid back, not pushy and very accommodating. Angel, the Sales Mgr., made what I thought was an impossible numbers deal, happen. I did use my GM Card rebate points which had been rounded up by GM for this promotion as well as the standard rebate on the vehicle and the GM loyalty rebate for owning a 1999 or newer GM vehicle which all contributed to making this deal happen...without them, I would not have made the purchase as that accounted for $3250 of the price and let's face it, this car is a want not a need vehicle! Donald, the Finance Mgr, rocked! Very easy going and had a good time talking cars while processing my deal which went quick! Dealership could improve on being more competitive/aggressive on valuing trades and product knowledge. Overall, one of the best purchase experiences I've had. Hopefully, after the sale customer service is as good! More
