Very clean dealership, helpful staff. One person was not very helpful when I asked the status of the oil change, he responded by telling me I wa not allowed in service area, I was by the One person was not very helpful when I asked the status of the oil change, he responded by telling me I wa not allowed in service area, I was by the door, and wanted to know why it was taking so long to perform the oil change. It was almost an hour and a half. I was not told how long it would take. So this was a negative aspect of the experience. More
