I could write a book. ..but I'll try to keep it a short as possible. GOOOD GAAAAAAWD do NOT....repeat DO NOT go to this dealership. I actually drove all the way to Twin Cit ..but I'll try to keep it a short as possible. GOOOD GAAAAAAWD do NOT....repeat DO NOT go to this dealership. I actually drove all the way to Twin Cities Hyundai in Knoxville to purchase our Hyundai Tucson Hybrid (a REAL dealership) and got a MUCH better deal. Fast forward to having issues with the AC last Fall. Brought it in to ALM service department. They can't find the issue and suggest WAITING UNTIL SPRING. I can't believe it, but that's what I did. Now it's Spring and brought it back. They kept it a day and told us they figured it out and ordered a part that would be in in a couple days. We gave them a week to make sure, and then called to see if it arrived. "Ummmmm we don't have any way to confirm if the part came in or not". Are you kidding me? Do we bring the car or not? Talked to Anthony the service manager. After a while he says they have the part, bring the car and it will be 3,4, or 5 hours to fix and should be done by the end of the day. The NEXT MORNING, haven't heard anything. We call and they tell us they need to order ANOTHER part (AC compressor which would be one of the FIRST things to check) and it will be 3 or 4 more days. I tell them Anthony offered us a loner car the day before, but since it was supposed to be a few hours we decided not to, BUT NOW since it will be 3 or 4 more days, we need one. They put me on hold. 10 minutes later it hangs up. I call back. A DIFFERENT girl answers and says she'll check about getting us a loner. I wait 10 minutes at home. Still on hold. Decide to start driving from Villa Rica to the dealership in Lithia Springs. Still on hold. Keep driving. Still on hold. STOP AND HAVE LUNCH! Still on hold. Continue to dealership. Still on hold. I walk in and ask to see the dealership manager. Still on hold. None available and service manager Anthony is off for the day too. I walk back to service and hold up my phone in the air STILL PLAYING THEIR ON-HOLD MUSIC and hour and eleven minutes later! Stunned looks from the clueless. I said "Gimme my fing car". That's the short version. There's other details but suffice it to say we will go ANYWHERE else but ALM for this fix. If incompetency was a skill they'd be Gold medaling at the Olympics. I would not trust them to put on a valve stem cap. More

I had an appointment at 2 pm and my car was not finished until 4:30 pm. The service person should tell you when you arrive for your appointment if they are running behind and gave me the option if I wanted until 4:30 pm. The service person should tell you when you arrive for your appointment if they are running behind and gave me the option if I wanted to stay. The service team did not keep me informed throughout my appointment. I know people come for different things. I saw people come before me and leave before me and their service person kept them involved. I did not get the same treatment as other customers. I was highly disappointed. More

One star was being generous. They are a pack of wolves in sheep clothing. Beware of their hypes, sale pitches and or trying to increase the Auto loan rate through the back door w They are a pack of wolves in sheep clothing. Beware of their hypes, sale pitches and or trying to increase the Auto loan rate through the back door weeks after your auto purchase contract. They'd request you give them a 5-star rating while sticking a dagger at your back, smiling and patting you on the shoulder. If you must deal with them, make sure you have done your research thoroughly. More

Great customer service, just the wait time can be long and that's my only concern. Being there a long period of time with a kid can be hard, but they are helpful. and that's my only concern. Being there a long period of time with a kid can be hard, but they are helpful. More

They made it easy to find what I was looking for. The person that show the car was sweet and told us all about the car in good detail.
