Me and my partner had a great experience at Russ Darrow Kia! We stopped in to look at the Hybrid Carnival, We worked with Rigo he showed us the different trims and colors we did go with the higher trim, He Kia! Russ Darrow Kia did a phenominal job listening to our requests when shopping for a new vehicle and they delivered. As the manager, James was very responsive and getting us the details we were looking fo requests when shopping for a new vehicle and they delivered. He was very humble in his approach, kind and thoughtful. If you're like us, buying a car is nervewracking but he was awesome in his approach and was like talking with a friend you haven't seen in years.
