We had such a great experience working with Ernesto! After initially trying to purchase from a Russ Darrow Kia dealership closer to home, we were disappointed when the final pricing they provided change After initially trying to purchase from a Russ Darrow Kia dealership closer to home, we were disappointed when the final pricing they provided changed the very next day. Working with Ernesto was a completely different experience. He was honest, transparent, and straightforward throughout the entire process, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. The transaction was quick, smooth, and exactly as promised. I absolutely love my new Kia, and I would gladly work with Ernesto again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! More

I do not recommend this dealership. I came in with a pre-approval and a specific vehicle in their inventory, expecting a straightforward purchase. Instead, the process was disorganiz I came in with a pre-approval and a specific vehicle in their inventory, expecting a straightforward purchase. Instead, the process was disorganized from start to finish. Communication was excessive and borderline harassing for days, yet they failed to get required information to my bank in a timely manner (Valencia) — after multiple days of disruption and delay, I took time off of work to liaison for bank and dealership (dealership was unresponsive to lenders outreach). We live nearly three hours away, and the manager agreed to meet halfway to complete the transaction. On the day of, he told the salesperson (Ernesto) not to honor that. I signed all paperwork and confirmed the title details at signing. Six weeks later, finance (Bernardo) contacted me saying they missed required title signatures and asked me to re-sign documents already completed, while attempting to keep the original transaction date. Ernesto was our direct sales contact and did his best to navigate what felt like a very dysfunctional internal process. He shows potential as an emerging leader, but seems limited by the lack of organization and support around him. Overall, highly unprofessional and poorly managed. I would not trust this team in any capacity. More

The dealership is understaffed in the sales department and the finance department. They try to make it right when you are waiting hours on end but they should not have to try so hard to make it right. Ju and the finance department.
