Very happy with my experience at Grand Subaru. I appreciated the 'not playing games' approach of Anthony and the thoroughness of his delivery/handover of the car to me. I began my 2nd buying experience with Grand Subaru about 2 months ago when I was browsing online (my first buying experience was with Wendy back in 2015, but she has recently retired. She was awesome too!). 2 months ago when I was browsing online (my first buying experience was with Wendy back in 2015, but she has recently retired. She was awesome too!). Anthony contacted me via text and email with some questions, as I was very specific about what I wanted. Unfortunately, Subaru doesn't make a Forester Onyx Edition (yet), but I was able to get the next best thing in my new Forester Wilderness. There was no pressure, just straightforward information and realistic expectations about what, when, and how much. Anthony never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy. He made himself available to us and kept in constant communication through the whole process. We feel like we have a new friend. When it came to writing up the contract, there were some issues with the Finance Department initially. When we returned to re-write the contract, we got to work with Chelsea, who was awesome! We were able to get a lower interest rate and terms that we originally wanted. Car buying is a stressful thing, but Anthony and Chelsea made it less so. We live 13 miles away, and there is a Subaru dealership about a mile and half from us, but we will make the trek to Grand Subaru because we know we will be treated with courtesy and respect. We bring our 2015 Outback there for service as well. (Conrad S is the best!) More
