Their service sucks. Do not trust their service manager Anthony fajardo he will lie to your face. Scheduled an appointment for a battery change nothing wrong just 5 years Do not trust their service manager Anthony fajardo he will lie to your face. Scheduled an appointment for a battery change nothing wrong just 5 years old. Called before going said $48.00 for installation. Upon receiving bill there was two additional charges one for perform battery service $54.95 and another for $26.82 pay shop for repair order. Anthony said he would remove from bill but he did not he came back started going through numbers with his calculator. Argued with him long enough. Just don’t go there after purchasing three cars from them I should have known better. Just wanted to use my rewards points up. More

FIVE WEEKS WITH NO PART YET The dealership put an aftermarket lift gate on my mom's new car. It was great. Now it has stopped working. FIVE weeks and still no part! My mother The dealership put an aftermarket lift gate on my mom's new car. It was great. Now it has stopped working. FIVE weeks and still no part! My mother is a senior with a rotator cuff injury. So five weeks now with her trying to load groceries into the back seat of her car. Can't get them in and can't get them out! I am afraid that when the snow arrives, she will fall trying to get groceries out of the car. We have made multiple calls and are always told that they can't find the part. I will give one more week then will contact the better business bureau and WGN investigates as well. More
