Really friendly folks. We asked for our wheel locks to be removed and saved for us. They removed them very efficiently, and told us that the wheel locks were left in the c We asked for our wheel locks to be removed and saved for us. They removed them very efficiently, and told us that the wheel locks were left in the car cup holder, but then we couldn't locate them. Manager, Anthony, contacted me and is mailing me brand new wheel locks to replace the ones that were missing and I very much appreciate the excellent service from this dealership, from the moment we walked in until even after we left. More

Technically 4. 5 Stars, but I'll be nice. This is the first major service my 2017 Forester has needed and I simply don't trust a non-Subaru mechanic to have the righ 5 Stars, but I'll be nice. This is the first major service my 2017 Forester has needed and I simply don't trust a non-Subaru mechanic to have the right parts and knowledge to get it done properly the first time. The car also needed and oil change and state inspection so I had that done as well. Rye Subaru had the parts and was able to complete everything the same day. We had one small hiccup (not a service error) that I had to go back to address, but the Service Manager Anthony took the car in right away and resolved the issue. When I go to a dealership for service, I expect a higher level of service than you'd get from just any mechanic, and they met that expectation. Both Paula at the service desk, and Anthony the service manager, were pleasant, informed, and communicated clearly. I appreciate their professionalism. Thank you all, the car is running perfectly! More
