I brought my truck to be fixed, and was assured it would be ready by a certain date , then Eric called me to tell me it will not be ready by then , and that it will take even longer, i told him i needed it be ready by a certain date , then Eric called me to tell me it will not be ready by then , and that it will take even longer, i told him i needed it urgently for work and would not have gotten it fixed if it wasn’t going to be ready on time. Eric huffed on the phone and you could hear the frustration and attitude from him, all because i told him i wouldve rather them not have touch it at all, than not have it ready in time. He NEVER answers his phone calls, i have tried to reach him over ten times with no luck, or i would be told he would call me, and he never would. Very dissatisfied and will not be choosing him for service again More
