Unfortunately, the closing process was a mess. There were incorrect numbers on the final paperwork, and extra warranties were added without my consent. Anthony , who handled the closing, failed to explain the itemized costs, interest rate, lender, or monthly payment and simply expected me to sign everything. I also felt he was trying to slip in the extra warranties without making them clear. Overall, Alex and Mike were great, but the closing experience was very unprofessional and left a bad impression.
