Alex Shmidt

The dealership is clean, spacious, and offers complimentary coffee and hot chocolate. Alex, our salesperson, was great helpful, transparent, and professional. Unfortunately, the closing process was a mess. There were incorrect numbers on the final paperwork, and extra warranties were added without my consent. Anthony , who handled the closing, failed to explain the itemized costs, interest rate, lender, or monthly payment and simply expected me to sign everything. I also felt he was trying to slip in the extra warranties without making them clear. Overall, Alex and Mike were great, but the closing experience was very unprofessional and left a bad impression. I’ve bought over a dozen cars in my life, and this was easily one of the simplest, lowest-pressure car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I recently accompanied my 82-year-old mother to purchase a new Honda and handled most of the conversation and negotiation on her behalf. Alex Shmidt, our sales representative, was the first person we met when we walked through the door, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. One of my favorite sayings is, “Everyone wants to buy, but nobody wants to be sold,” and Alex put that mantra into action. At no point did we feel pressured. He was kind, well-spoken, patient, and gave my mom all the time she needed to make the right decision. We test drove several vehicles, and Alex walked us around the lot looking at other options, which was no small task considering it was 112° outside! In the end, my mom actually bought the very first car she saw. But because of Alex’s patience, we never felt rushed or like we were being a bother for wanting to explore all of our options first. My mom has owned Hondas for more than 25 years, so we already had confidence in the brand. But when you’re helping an elderly parent make a major purchase, you want someone who treats them with patience and respect while also respecting the person helping them through the process. Alex did exactly that. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex or the dealership to anyone looking for a Honda. This is how buying a car should feel. More

I took my car in because my A/C of my 2025 pilot was not cooling (I bought it last October with 1,100 miles on it). It took 20 minutes to feel anything and even after that, I had to have it full blast. Mine cooling (I bought it last October with 1,100 miles on it). It took 20 minutes to feel anything and even after that, I had to have it full blast. Mine you, still is under warranty. They wanted me to do something to my fuel injections and refresh A/C (9,000 miles on my car). It wasn't until I told them that my husband is a mechanic and due to the warranty he did not touch my car. All of a sudden my car is cooling as it should be! To be fair, I had not had any problems with them on my CRV and my HRV that I bought from them in the past, but fair is fair. More
