Hello all! I may be new to the sales world but not new to #1 customer service. As a retired police officer my goal was to always help every single person I came across. Yes I shifted gears but making and keeping my new friends (customers) happy will never change. You want an honest, no non-sense, truthful, non-pushy car salesman then I'm your guy. I would like to share my experience with the Toyota dealership in Wallingford. While searching online for a new vehicle, I found one that interested me and requested a test drive. The following Toyota dealership in Wallingford. While searching online for a new vehicle, I found one that interested me and requested a test drive. The following day, I received a call from the dealership to confirm my appointment. At the time, I did not expect that I would be purchasing a vehicle that day. When my wife and I arrived at the main entrance, we noticed several salespeople. We decided to go directly to the representative we had previously spoken with. However, another salesperson, Anthony Baur, approached us and accompanied us into the lobby. I informed him that I already had an appointment, and he asked for my name and my wife’s name. A few minutes later, Anthony returned with my information and the details of the vehicle I was interested in. He asked a few questions, and we then went for a test drive. During the drive, we had a pleasant conversation and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Anthony was respectful, professional, and attentive throughout the process, and he ultimately helped me purchase the vehicle I had viewed online. I would highly recommend Anthony to my family and friends who are looking to purchase a vehicle. He is easy to work with, personable, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service.
