Anna was a breath of fresh air! I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 13 years prior to visiting with Anna. When I arrived, the car that I was interested in (2012 Toyota Highlander) was wa I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 13 years prior to visiting with Anna. When I arrived, the car that I was interested in (2012 Toyota Highlander) was waiting for me, as promised. Anna was friendly, timely and honest. Anna didn't try to sell me any other vehicle other than the one we had been discussing over several days. Anna communicated with me via email and text which was how I was able to communicate. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Like, really easy. There was no pressure. Anna wanted what I wanted. Additionally, Alicia had all of our necessary paperwork to sign. She was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about her product. Again, no switching of numbers, no pressure to purchase extras. I felt as though they were selling a vehicle to a friend. I would purchase another vehicle from Village Toyota, and I would love to work with Anna again!!! More

The approach (and culture) of Village Toyota is SO much better. Following a frustrating experience with my hometown dealership, I found our desired vehicle online at Village, almost two hours away. I made a phone call and was connected to Anna Psihas. She listened to our needs, and even found a car that better suited our needs -- a car that was even a little less expensive. She called back with quote options within minutes, and then set an appointment with us for a time that suited our schedule. When we arrived three days later, she greeted us (by the way, we were not "approached" by a number of sales reps as we walked in), and took us to the car, which was detailed to perfection. She connected our phone, etc. and we took a short drive. The price was the same she quoted. By the way, her associate, Margaret, even discounted the car further to fit into our budget. We were then greeted by Ed from Finance, completed the purchase and were off. We dealt with Anna (with assistance from Margaret) and didn't have to have multiple negotiation sessions with "sales managers." We even met the dealership's mascot rescue dog. Was it worth it to drive two hours to buy a car when we have a dealership 15 minutes away? Absolutely! Thanks, Anna and your team! More

Totally screwed. I followed a sales person my family and I had used many times, Anna. I followed her because I trusted her. I was just coming out of a divorce and I ha I followed a sales person my family and I had used many times, Anna. I followed her because I trusted her. I was just coming out of a divorce and I had very specific needs. They found me the right fit, or so I thought, so we made an “agreement” and signed the necessary paper work. The next day I received a call that the financing had fallen through and we would be going with a different lender, Toyota. ( imagine that) I had to go back down and re sign paper work. My first maintenance visit was covered 100% per our agreement. My second visit for maintenance they informed me that nothing was covered and I owed almost 300$$. After arguing the true story was brought to light. They had changed our agreement completely in the new paperwork in order to get the financing. Shame on me for not reading the small print the second time in. I was robbed and cheated. Now I’m sitting in a vehicle 8000 $$ upside down. Do not buy from these crooks!!! More

Hugo, the finance person is another story. I took offence at his trying to push me into purchasing an additional warranty. I don't respond well to pushing or the sudden appearance of additional costs other than what was agreed upon. I was tempted to walk away from the whole deal and didn't only because I wanted the car. We thought it would save alot of time that way so they know exactly what to expect. Just get to the bottom line is what we wanted. Well not only did they figure out different ways to help us - I also ended up trading mine ! I owed a lot on my car and didn't expect it so I was pleasantly surprised to see they were able to do it for me as well. Even though it was a long day - I did get lunch and both my husband and I are happy with our purchases. They went above and beyond our expectations and would highly recommend them !! More
