Recently, my F250 tail light needed replacement. On my way to work, with no appointment, I stopped by Gordie Boucher Village Ford's service desk to see if they could look at the tail light, confirm On my way to work, with no appointment, I stopped by Gordie Boucher Village Ford's service desk to see if they could look at the tail light, confirm the correct part and order the new light. Angie asked on their technicians to take a quick look to confirm the correct part. She then ordered the part. A couple of days later, in the morning, she called saying the part was in and asked when it would be convenient for me to bring my truck in for the light replacement. I asked if they have openings in the next couple of days. She said if I brought the truck in that morning and left it at the dealership, they could have the new tail light installed yet that day. Great. I dropped the truck off and within a couple of hours she called to tell me the truck was ready. Angie, Tim and Adam always go out of their way to make things convenient for their customers. And we always receive the highest quality of service. That's why our family trusts Gordie Boucher Village Ford of Thiensville service department to keep our vehicles safe and on the road.
