I worked with the following individuals, who made the entire experience problem-free from the sales negotiation process & final car cost (James Nystrom, Angel Gammons, & Donald Kim), selection of add-on options, installation, & financing & Maryland vehicle registration & tags (Rico Caldwell & Veda Simpson), as well as some Parts Department (i.e., programmed extra remote into vehicle options menu & made extra key) & Service personnel (Chris Thomas), who did some final punch-list items completion, before final vehicle delivery. I do give the highest praise to these individuals, & the dealership, for making the whole experience the most pleasant, problem-free, & professional, in all of my used car buying experiences. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. More

He answered my numerous questions (and repeated when I had forgotten), went over the features of a few different vehicles with me, made helpful suggestions and offered things to consider before making my final choice all while maintaining a "no pressure attitude". He was patient, kind and understanding throughout the entire process. Angel was an angel as he shopped my loan to find the best deal for me. I purchased my 2010 HHR from Sterling Chevrolet five years ago and Omar, the finance manager, was still around five years later, just in a different role now that the dealership is owned by Ted Britt. The entire team was phenomenal and made the overall experience perfect for me. I am now driving a beautiful, spanking brand new silver 2015 Equinox, my dream car. They kept us informed every step of the way and made us feel comfortable with the process. We had a great experience with Donald KIm, who got us a better financing rate than we had already arranged with a bank. Donald explained all of the details and was pleasant to work with.
