Very pleased with their service. My car had chirping noise after replacing its alternator and belt elsewhere (home service) and the mechanic could not figure it out. Andy checked and figured the problem noise after replacing its alternator and belt elsewhere (home service) and the mechanic could not figure it out. Poor customer service and being rude I recently bought a 2019Rav4 and had to bring it back to have side moldings and edge guards put on. When I arrived, I stood outside for about 30mins w I recently bought a 2019Rav4 and had to bring it back to have side moldings and edge guards put on. When I arrived, I stood outside for about 30mins with no one to assist. I had to walk over and ask one of the service guy to look up my appointment. Finally when I was helped, I was told i was going to have to wait 5 hours for my parts to get installed. I told the gentleman at the service desk (Andy) that I drove all the way from Chico and did not have any other ride to do what I needed to do until my car got serviced. He offered uber, but I did not want to take my 2 year old around in an uber. Asked about a rental car but he told me they couldn't provide one. He then took me over to the sales department and we spoke with John Hilscher (Manager) and he told me that I didn't qualify for a rental because I'm only getting 2 services done and told me that I could reschedule if I didn't want to wait. I told him that I came all the way from Chico and would NOT come back to have something installed that should of came with my car in the 1st place. He continued to tell me that he can't do anything in regards to my situation. The only thing he could offer was for me to rent my own car at a given rate, which I ended up having to pay $32 out of pocket for. Andy gladly had my car serviced in about 3 hours, which I am appreciative for. I should of just bought my car at Chuck Patterson in Chico, maybe I wouldn't have to deal with this. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. More
