Andy has been my service contact for the last three years - since I purchased my car. I have found him to be helpful, professional, knowledgeable and patient with customers. Scheduled an appointment at 12:30 waited a half hour to speak to someone and when I did I asked for a shuttle while the service was being done no shuttle was given. I waited for what was about another 25 m speak to someone and when I did I asked for a shuttle while the service was being done no shuttle was given. I waited for what was about another 25 minutes and my oil change was done great. Not so much got home to notice my tires were not rotated my fluids weren’t checked or even topped off I received no paper work and then was told everything I scheduled was complete which wasn’t not. I’ve owned many cars and have worked for many dealerships and this is by far the worst one I’ve been to definitely need to do better informing customers about what’s going on with their vehicle while it’s in the shop. I went to the dealer to do a 60k maintenance. They did a recall to the clutch so they had to install a new clutch for free. Two weeks later I have to replace the brand new clutch because the oil They did a recall to the clutch so they had to install a new clutch for free. Two weeks later I have to replace the brand new clutch because the oil cooler housing supposedly is leaking oil and it broke the brand new clutch. They say it is not cover with warranty. They should have said something to me when they did the clutch I do not think anybody will work in a car and replace a part if you know something else could damage your work. At the end the service manager tried to help but how could you trust them ? I am going to take my car to another mechanic and get to the root of this issue. Even if I have to go to de BBB or any entity that could help me with this issue. More
