Service advisor Andy Maravola was more interesting socializing with cashiers (I interrupted 3 times) than listening to the customer issues, vehicle driving in dust conditions and according to the toyo socializing with cashiers (I interrupted 3 times) than listening to the customer issues, vehicle driving in dust conditions and according to the toyota manual the oil need to be changed, but because is free he said is 10000 miles, but after the 2 free years of manintence is finish, they want to change the oil every 5000 miles because you have to pay the dealer, Supervisor Mike Cooper not too friendly and rude hang up the phone conversation, I guess will take my business somewhere else More

The whole team at Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge were outstanding. They all went above and beyond to help us. Dave Lurie was our sales consultant. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and professional with a outstanding. They all went above and beyond to help us. Dave Lurie was our sales consultant. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and professional with a great sense of humor. He really put my wife and myself at ease. He did not sell us a car, he took the time to to get to know us and direct us toward the best type of vehicle to fit our life style. Dave was available for my calls and promptly returned calls with requested information. He actually made the process enjoyable. In my opinion, that makes Dave an asset to Bredemann Toyota. More

Syed rules! Just came back from the dealership where I wanted to service my RAV which has only 15000 miles on it-I endet up trading it in for a RAV4 Limited editi Just came back from the dealership where I wanted to service my RAV which has only 15000 miles on it-I endet up trading it in for a RAV4 Limited edition with 3092 miles on it. Syed was so persuasive and professional that I couldn't help but drive it home. Syed was so wonderful in explaining all the car features, installing my blue tooth device, test driving etc. I can not tell you what an excellent shopping experience I had.
