Came in for a standard oil change. Left with oil leaking after the service. Brought the vehicle back for review and the sales tech said the leak had been there for quite some time, Alt Left with oil leaking after the service. The service staff is very good , but the dealership has policies not in the interest of its customers. For instance, when we wanted to purchase a EQS 580 when they began selling them , we were told we wo policies not in the interest of its customers. For instance, when we wanted to purchase a EQS 580 when they began selling them , we were told we would have to pay 20,000 premium over the price from Mercedes factory. So we were forced to look for a dealership that did not charge a premium. So this dealership lost a good potential customer through their greed. I recently had the car detailed , at the dealership. They did a very good job. However the car had a tire that was loosing air . I was told that I had to purchase a new tire regardless of whether it was a simple tire leek. More
