They give me appointment. I took my car in three days. They didn’t did anything to my car. My car just stayed there for three days and they didn’t even did a diagnose on it. Very challenging to contact for service. Constant turnover in the service reps, OUTRAGEOUS price for service. Example: new battery at MB=$576, exact same battery at Les Schwab including 8.5% Constant turnover in the service reps, OUTRAGEOUS price for service. Example: new battery at MB=$576, exact same battery at Les Schwab including 8.5% tax was only $301. My last few encounters for service have been miserable. More

Brought in the vehicle for a 3 miner warranty repairs. 1 was completed. The other 2 they didn’t bother to repair. Took the vehicle straight to wilsonville Mercedes-Benz and they got it all fixed much soon 1 was completed. The other 2 they didn’t bother to repair. Took the vehicle straight to wilsonville Mercedes-Benz and they got it all fixed much sooner with customer service at a world of a difference! Not the best customer service here in Portland. They charge you for unnecessary items and fees under the table at the sales department. You request a legitimate receipt and they say you can only pay cash, zelle, “CASH APP” on a service they are required to provide by Mercedes-benz/DIAMLER. Seams like the wilsonville location is taking all their business, and they are probably having a hard time with lack of customers. Simply because of their low quality of customer service. More
