I am sorry for any inconvenience and misunderstanding, unfortunately you did not give us a chance to help you with different options available to you before telling us you had an emergency and needed the vehicle back. We stopped everything and had your vehicle back to you very quickly. In regards to parts not being needed our technician brought you out to the vehicle and showed you what was needed and why. Your mechanic purchased the exact parts we suggested from our parts department. I have the parts invoice in front of me. I am sure your mechanic was having trouble diagnosing your concerns and I am happy we were able to help with that but to go on social media and state SHAME ON YOU! That just isn't right. Thank you.
