First off I want to point out that I do not know Jesus Soria and I am leaving a one star on this person due to the fact that they are listed on this survey. I dealt with Megan Vannelli almost exclusively Soria and I am leaving a one star on this person due to the fact that they are listed on this survey. I dealt with Megan Vannelli almost exclusively so this review is based on my experience with her. My first interaction began when I located a 2019 BMW i8 on their website for sale. I inquired about this vehicle and received a response from Megan O/A the 24th of August 2024. I explained to Megan that I lived in Tennessee and would not be able to make the drive to Portland Oregon to see the vehicle in person. She informed me that would not be an issue as they ship many vehicles to customers. I signed the required documents on the 27th of August and promptly returned them to her. At this point the conversation went dry and I didn't hear from her for a day. I recached back out to her on the 28th of August to find out if there was anything I needed to do on my end to close out this process. Megan responded to me on the 28th of August and told me that they were just waiting on the funds for the vehicle to arrive. I had already secured funding and had a check from Navy Federal but was never told who to send it to or where to send it to. Again, effective communication would have fixed this. She also said that some DMV documents had been mailed to me. I was never told that I was being sent any additional documents by mail that I needed to sign. This was not a problem but again, the communication was non-existent at this point. I reached back out to Megan on the 3rd of September inquiring about the documents since I had not received them yet. I also inquired about a tracking number and the carrier that was used to ship the documents. I was told that I should be receiving them at any point and that she hadn't heard back from the finance department (Andrew Fox) with a tracking number. Once I received the documents on the 4th of September, I saw that they were mailed four days AFTER I was told that they were mailed. I returned the documents the same day I received them along with the check. They received them the next day on the 5th of September. Megan contacted me asking me if I had sent them back and I informed her that the tracking said that they had been delivered. She confirmed that they did in fact receive the documents and that they were being processed. Five days went by and I heard nothing from anyone so I contacted Megan again to find out if shipping had been setup and was told that my car was now at the BMW Dealership having a part fixed and that shipping would be setup once the received the car back from BMW. I was never told that there were any problems that required the car to be sent to BMW and while I appreciated the work being done by BMW, this was not communicated with me until after I asked for an update. The vehicle came back from BMW on the 12th of September but still did not ship out until the 19th of September. I had to contract her again to find out that the vehicle finally shipped. I finally received my car on the 25th of September which was almost a full month after I signed my paperwork. My frustrations did not stop here. The temporary tag expired on 7 October which was 12 days after I received the car. I contacted Megan on the 8th since the tags had expired and I still did't have my registration yet. She proceeded to tell me that my registration had not been sent to Tennessee yet because they did't have a copy of my insurance. Nobody contacted me to get a copy of it either so my registration paperwork just sat for over a month. I finally received it on 30 October. I was also FORCED into a $795 Protection package as a dealer add-on which included a 5 year ceramic coating applied to the exterior which turned out to be untrue. I apply ceramic coatings to all my vehicles and I know how they should look when wet and this vehicle paint was not hydrophobic at all. Horrible experience from start to finish. More

My main interface with Mercedes-Benz of Portland was John Frentsos. He was my initial contact and found the vehicle that I purchased a week later. John was attentive to my desires in a vehicle, very friendly Frentsos. He was my initial contact and found the vehicle that I purchased a week later. John was attentive to my desires in a vehicle, very friendly and he even remembered my name and my brother-in-law's name the next day when we chatted by email. John took time to work with me on his day off and coordinated with his co-worker, Michael Franz, to work with me on trade-in details and set up the meeting to buy the new vehicle. Michael was always very considerate, respectful and helpful in email and phone communications. He was a real pleasure to work with as well. He had the new car charged up and ready to go when I arrived and greeted me after I parked my car outside the lobby. Due to traffic delays driving from Spokane to Portland, I arrived well after my assigned meeting time and I think we were still closing details after the normal dealership closure time. Nevertheless, Andrew Fox assembled all the documents and walked me thru the signature process. He was very organized. He explained what I was signing and answered any questions I had. He stayed to make copies of all the documents and handed them to me before I left for the evening. I did not have direct dealings with Michael Graham while in the showroom, but he was the manager that signed off on the cash proposal that included the trade-in. Additionally, he left the showroom after I did when I bought the car. I appreciate his help in the buying process. After I completed all the signatures and bought the EQS 580, John Frentsos gave me some additional training on the vehicle and we agreed to meet Saturday morning to complete more details like transferring my SiriusXM account and get more tips and training on operating the vehicle. John provided fantastic support and made it clear I could call him with follow up questions. In summary, I had a great experience. I will recommend this dealership to anybody that expresses an interest in Mercedes-Benz. More

I’m always cautious about writing a review like this because who knows how things will turn out with the car? But at this point, I feel we got a really good deal on a used EV that meets our needs and fi because who knows how things will turn out with the car? But at this point, I feel we got a really good deal on a used EV that meets our needs and fit our budget. The people were friendly and seemed genuine. The interest rate they brought out in the end was quite a bit lower than the initial quote, which was a nice surprise. The process was also pretty fast, compared to previous experiences. More
