Andrew buzzard was a great help, and provided a lot of support and explanation of the issues with the car. On the other side, the mechanic or technical team couldn’t resolve the issue and every time they support and explanation of the issues with the car. On the other side, the mechanic or technical team couldn’t resolve the issue and every time they touch the car something goes wrong again, we end up paying over $2k and stay without a car for almost 3 weeks, it was very frustrating More

Brought car in after there was damage to a tire guard at 11am. Meet with Andrew. Received a text approving services with no call and no video like usual receive. Called Andrew to speak about recommended ser 11am. Meet with Andrew. Received a text approving services with no call and no video like usual receive. Called Andrew to speak about recommended services and found out tires had not been aligned after receiving new tires from Nissan not even two weeks ago. Had to pay a nearly $1500 for two visits not even 3 weeks apart. Interesting this happened after my warranty expired…. Back to Andrew. Calls me “darling” in a text and calls me at 5:50pm to tell me my car is ready and they close at 6! The last two services have not been great. The car usually gets a wash and it wasn’t. I’d like a video of my service. I hope not to go back which sucks because I’ve been going here for the last 7 years. I have a log of issues documented and will keep an eye on upcoming things that goes wrong with my car. More

Took in my 2023 Maxima for 30k mile service. Original estimate was for over $750 to do oil/filter change; brake fluid exchange; tire rotate/balance; and transmission fluid flush. After doing Original estimate was for over $750 to do oil/filter change; brake fluid exchange; tire rotate/balance; and transmission fluid flush. After doing some research, opted to decline the transmission flush. Took approximately 4 hours and final bill was $326. Still seemed very high considering I had an online service coupon. Turns out the discount was never applied to invoice. When asked, service advisor said, "we removed a shop fee equaling more than a deduction from the coupon". Also, no explanation given for $33 misc shop supplies fee. Asked for manager call to explain and still haven't received one. ** for reference: previous oil change and tire rotation at South Austin Nissan was only $115. More
