I typically hate buying a vehicle ,past experiences have not been pleasant . At Valley Honda the entire experience from the initial contact from my salesman Fred Sims to Lance Linden , Andrew Becker sales not been pleasant . After I had my car, which arrived earlier than expected, he checked in to make sure that I was enjoying my new car and to see if he could answer any questions. I want to say that I have never had a better experience! ! Saturday my husband came alone to look at cars found this one and fell In love, with it being a holiday weekend my husband texted Ray on Sunday and ! Saturday my husband came alone to look at cars found this one and fell In love, with it being a holiday weekend my husband texted Ray on Sunday and asked him to hold the car so he could bring me back to see the car. We fell in love. We bought it! Ray was fabulous, was chill and didn’t mind that we brought out kids with us who ran around the dealership for 6.5 hours. He talked with us and helped us understand so much! Everyone there was great! Everyone who came to talk with us was helpful and worked so hard to get us where we are today! No one likes the Covid supp Honda. My Sales Rep, Mark Fitzpatrick was very helpful, professional and always answered my questions in a timely manner. No one likes the Covid supply chain delays but Mark kept me updated regularly. Mark and his sales manager Andrew reached out to explain other vehicle options available to me during the supply chain delay. On delivery day, Mark took the necessary time to explain and set all the essential vehicle features. I was very pleased that they were very much interested in my overall satisfaction. When they did their remodel in the 2000s, it's obvious they took their design and customer experience cues from Abt, i.e. Valley Honda is like the Abt for cars. It was great working with Mark shopping and then purchasing my new 2022 Honda Ridgeline. When an issue was discovered during pre-checks on the blind spot system, Mark and the staff kept me updated almost daily on part order status, remediation, and getting ready for the final pickup. Been buying cars for 25 years, this is my first Honda, and I would definitely purchase again from Valley Honda. More
