I wouldn’t say totally enjoyable (for the simple reason of spending money on a car), but Honda Valley made it as simple and seamless as possible. Steve was great. He knew my concerns, limitations of technology, and hesitations. He worked with it all and “handheld” me through the process. He knew it was a lot of information to process, so gave me a rundown and told me to call with questions later. A much different and nicer way than when I bought from a different manufacturer and dealer 14 years ago. I would highly recommend any family or friend to Honda Valley and Steve Grady. The ding on the price is overall from Honda and just the inflation and timing of buying a car. Honda Valley tried to help in what way they could. More
