The facility was very accomodating, coffee bar, snacks…made you feel right at home! The sales manager was unpleasant to work with. We were told we would get the first 3 oil changes free and tha snacks…made you feel right at home! The sales manager was unpleasant to work with. We were told we would get the first 3 oil changes free and that was not the case. Never over promise! We were practically forced to purchase the extended warranty. We wrote a check for the total sale price and didn’t have to deal with the financing dept but still spent over an hour processing the paperwork. I guess when a transaction that typically takes 15 min takes over an hour you need to make your customers feel at home…. More

Checked out a few different dealerships and Tom gave us the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Including a few regarding the "paddle shifters" which I asked a few oth the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Tom is one of the best salespersons I have worked with in several areas of business based upon showing me his product knowledge, patience, communication, but most of all his active listening skills. I was pretty clear on what product I was interested in, why I was interested in it, and that I would like to test drive the vehicle. Tom stayed focused on my stated interests and needs which clearly showed that he had been listening. Tom’s product knowledge was outstanding not only in his introduction of the vehicle, but right through the delivery process. Tom communicated to me how the vehicle met my stated needs.
