Overall, I’d be happy to do business with these guys. They were transparent and efficient. The points of critical feedback which wouldn’t have changed my decision about coming back for business; I would give are a few critiques which are meant to really be for perfection. I verified the final pricing and when I brought the cashiers check I had overpaid by a little over $300 and that needs to be refunded to me. I would have preferred to be given the pricing options of extended warranty and tire/wheel coverage before the transaction was closing since it creates unnecessary pressure. I didn't have time to really sit and think so I declined both, but had I not been pressured I might have chosen otherwise. I had plates on my old car and I'm not sure if they weren't simply transferred to the new vehicle because they couldn’t since it was a PA car and the sale was in NJ. The registration was active and it would have saved me money…I believe, though I’m not certain. More
