Only one issue. I think they forgot I was waiting for a ride home with the shuttle. I had to bring it to there attention that I was still waiting after almost an hou I think they forgot I was waiting for a ride home with the shuttle. I had to bring it to there attention that I was still waiting after almost an hour. Also the young man that took me home was wearing a hoodie with the hood on while driving. In my opinion that is a safety issue. Your head can move but the hood does not. It was 85 degrees outside and warm inside the van. He did not ask if I was comfortable. Don’t know if that is required. The service part of my experience was excellent. Thank you very much for taking care of my issues stress free. More

When I pulled into the bay, I was not acknowledged, and I sat in my car for a while, figuring out if I was even in the right spot. Upon stepping up to Andres’s desk, he did not take the time to explain thing sat in my car for a while, figuring out if I was even in the right spot. Upon stepping up to Andres’s desk, he did not take the time to explain things to me and left me confused and told me that my car would tell me whenever it needed service next This is understandable, but it would’ve been nice if he broke things down for me in terms of my cost and what was being done for me instead of just putting a paper into my face. The technicians began to get irritated as well when I was asking them questions about my car as if it wasn’t their job to work on my car. I will never return to Honda on Grand. More
