I asked for a new key fob to be programmed. I provided my “driver 1” key fob and received another “driver 1” key fob. Now I have to 2 “driver 1” key fobs. When I inquired how this could be r I provided my “driver 1” key fob and received another “driver 1” key fob. Now I have to 2 “driver 1” key fobs. When I inquired how this could be resolved, I was told I’d have to come back to the service department to have a new key fob programming. This is unprofessional and should have have happened. More

Only one issue. I think they forgot I was waiting for a ride home with the shuttle. I had to bring it to there attention that I was still waiting after almost an hou I think they forgot I was waiting for a ride home with the shuttle. I had to bring it to there attention that I was still waiting after almost an hour. Also the young man that took me home was wearing a hoodie with the hood on while driving. In my opinion that is a safety issue. Your head can move but the hood does not. It was 85 degrees outside and warm inside the van. He did not ask if I was comfortable. Don’t know if that is required. The service part of my experience was excellent. Thank you very much for taking care of my issues stress free. More
