This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Every time I thought we had a workable price I would find that there were extras added into the contract. Extra cost for paint protection, extra car. Every time I thought we had a workable price I would find that there were extras added into the contract. Extra cost for paint protection, extra cost for tire insurance, extra cost for theft protection. I had them taken out only to find them put back into the selling price. Even after I thought that we had everything settled I found out that the $126 charge for something was back into the final price. I objected, called Ryan into the Finance office to confirm that we had negotiated that charge out of the price. Andres agreed to send me a check for the difference. At no time did anyone discuss the finance arrangements. Only the monthly price. After we had the car for a couple of days I returned to talk with Ryan. There was a paint blemish on the car, I showed it to him and he just said it wasn't a big thing and let it go at that. I drove over to the service department, showed it to Danielle Wanker and she immediately said "that needs to be buffed out". So we made an appointment to get that fixed. Sales department unfortunately lives up the worst stereotype of high pressure sales. More

Their customer service and low pressure sales make the car buying experience exactly what you want- easy and stress free. The vehicles come with a full explanation of accessories (if needed), freshly detailed, a full gas tank, and the first oil change is free. I’ve had my best experiences with a dealership’s Service department here as well. I typically avoid dealerships service department because I feel that the prices are too high and the service people don’t really care, BUT that is not my experience here. I can’t say enough good things about Kunes. You got to give him a shot for yourself. More
