Great Service from Andrei Bucatori I recently went in for an emissions test and Andrei worked with his team to identify the possible reason why my car didn't pass emissions. Instead of I recently went in for an emissions test and Andrei worked with his team to identify the possible reason why my car didn't pass emissions. Instead of simply sending me home, he worked with his colleague to find out if there was a simple cause to the failure. He identified that I had a loose cap under the hood that could have effected the pressure. Long story short, most service areas would have made this a reason to charge me a ridiculous service fee and he did not. RBM, does an excellent job finding employees that focus on the customer and not just over charging to make money. Thanks Andrei! More
