RBM Alpharetta & Bill Winslow make car buying Easy & Fun I have purchased multiple cars from this dealership and every time, the experience has been nothing short of impressive. The employees are very friend I have purchased multiple cars from this dealership and every time, the experience has been nothing short of impressive. The employees are very friendly and there must be a special mention made of their 'no pressure' approach to sales. I have been to other dealerships and looked at cars there, but nothing compares to the experience of buying a car from RBM of Alpharetta. The dealership itself is very modern, clean and well maintained. The staff is like the cherry on top of the icing. Very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Bill Winslow is one of the best car salesmen I have ever met. He takes the time to ask questions and understand what I am looking for, knows his cars, and shows me cars based on what I tell him. Every time, he hits the nail on the head and usually the first or the second car that he shows me, is the one I drive home. Bill also makes the whole process very easy, explains the entire process as it's happening and keeps you abreast about everything that is happening. With Bill, you know he heard what you said, he listened when you were talking about the features you 'needed' and 'wanted' and he will get you the car you will fall in love with, all while keeping your budget in mind. Lisa Brennan is simply a wizard when it comes to knowing her stuff. She will get you the best finance rates, even if you walk into the dealership with an excellent offer already in the pocket from your own bank or credit union. Lisa will beat it. No ifs or buts. She will. Trust me, I have walked into her office with a smug look, knowing she can't beat the 'excellent' offer I already have and watched her wipe that look off my face, every time. Every single time. She is amazing, and she will make the financing aspect of the car buying a breeze. With Lisa on your side, you know you are getting the best deal ever. Once again she is an excellent people person who knows how to get the best for you. Andrei Bucatari, has been my service consultant for a while now. He knows his cars, he knows his customers and he takes the time out to listen to you and address your concerns as needed. Andrei and his excellent service team will take your random comments like "strange noise from I don't know where' and test, analyze and discover the problem and fix it even based off of the vaguest descriptions you give them. I once had a car serviced with Andrei, where the car was left overnight with them. The car was serviced and washed and overnight it rained. The next day when I went to pick up the car, as Andrei was handing the car back to me, he noticed a few dust spots from the overnight rain. He got the car washed again, even though I said it was okay. That is a commendable commitment to perfection. In summary, if you think all car dealerships are out to get you and if you walk in you will be forced to buy a car, do walk into this place and talk to Bill Winslow. Watch as your entire image of car buying is shocked back to a new life, due to the awesome, well meaning staff at RBM of Alpharetta. More

First impression of service..."POOR"..."NOT IMPRESSED" I wanted to give feedback on my "first" visit to the service department after purchasing a new Metris in April 2016...Let me back up a bit and state t I wanted to give feedback on my "first" visit to the service department after purchasing a new Metris in April 2016...Let me back up a bit and state that sales experience was what I expected, excellent, from Mr. Cheek, Mr. Hazelwood and Mr. Williams...This was my first visit to service on 11/11/16 where the experience was poor, from the initial drive up lack of greeting to the end paying the bill!...I had received a "free" 12 point complementary inspection for my vehicle so I set up an appointment for the "free" inspection...I also requested an oil and filter change which I stated that I would pay for...Upon arriving (early) I was greeted by somebody with NO RBM identification and all he said was "where are the keys?", NO good morning, NO welcome to RBM, NO name, NO do I have an appointment, just "where are the keys?"...I was never asked my name, just told to go to the waiting room and someone would find me...A few minutes later the service advisor asked for me in the waiting room, No introduction, NO business card, and the information for what was to be done to my Metris was NOT correct...I informed him I was there for the "free" 12 point inspection and an oil and filter change only...(I later found out his name was Mr. Bucatari)...I also stated to Mr. Bucatari that I had some Metris operational questions and needed assistance at the completion of the service call, he said fine and he would have someone to answer my questions...When the van was completed the bill was also in error, charges were added to the bill for items under the "free" inspection, I pointed this out and Mr. Bucartari said he would take care of it, and he did remove the extra charges...Mr. Williams was there at the completion of the service visit and took all the time I needed for my operational questions...Overall not a pleasant first service visit experience...Should anyone from RBM of Alpharetta like further details or my recommendations to fix these issues please contact me at you earliest convenience...The customer number on the invoice is 384776...Mr. Williams knows who I am...
