Our salesperson, Andrea, was great as was our finance officer that took care of all the paperwork to complete the deal. However, if not for another exemplary employee from across the street, Tracy, going officer that took care of all the paperwork to complete the deal. However, if not for another exemplary employee from across the street, Tracy, going out of her way to check on us after we had largely been ignored for the first several minutes we had been there, we would have likely driven the hour and a half back home without looking at the first vehicle. So when you’re looking for a specific model in a specific color for both the exterior and the interior you have to cast a wide net. In my case it was 8 vehicles at 8 separate dealerships across most of the U color for both the exterior and the interior you have to cast a wide net. Doing an out of state deal is a big workload for the salesperson and the finance manager involved more so than a local who walks in and it’s a done deal in under maybe 2 hours. Hayes closed the deal because of the over the top effort from Andrea Menchaca the salesperson and Bonnie Reed the finance manager. Both were knowledgeable and put in way more effort than normal. From dealing with a contracted mechanic I had to come in and do an inspection and test drive, patiently helping me through comparison shopping extended warranties, to being on the phone after hours coordinating with my shipping broker to get the vehicle delivered to me from Gainesville GA to NJ. The vehicle had lived its whole service life with the previous owner being maintained at Hayes service dept and as a former Heavy Equipment Mechanic I can tell you looking at the truck that they did an outstanding job. They even went the extra mile when I had questions about what was done at certain mileage so as to figure out the intervals for future maintenance requirements. To summarize as a team in everything from their pricing which was competitive across the majority of the country to customer service I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them and would strongly recommend them to anyone I knew looking for a vehicle anywhere in the United States.
