They asked all the right questions and had no problem when we refused some of the extra add ons but wanted some different ones. They were also flexible on our low downpayment. Plus they have one of the best priced Kias in Orange County, CA :).
We are all humans and as customers we want to save and they want to make money. It’s a standard process. But if you communicate your needs assertively they are willing to listen and both sides walk out happy.
