Great customer service experience with service advisor Andra Baumgardner. My F150 had an electrical issue, that she kept me updated as they search for the problem. Eventually found the grounding wire is Andra Baumgardner. My F150 had an electrical issue, that she kept me updated as they search for the problem. Eventually found the grounding wire issue above the headliner and the metal roof. When the cause(s) were diagnosed, Andrea coordinated with my Extended Warranty plan to cover majority of repair bill.
