The service itself was very good. Andrea kept me abreast of the entire process from check in to the completion of the inspection. The mechanics did a great job of getting my car inspected and oil change+. My two issues with this department were: 1) When I called to schedule my appointment, the female service rep (not Andrea) was very curt and short with me on the phone. As soon as she scheduled my appointment time, she immediately hung up the phone. 2) When I went to pick up my vehicle, the parking spot where they said the vehicle was supposed to be, there was another vehicle parked into that spot. After personally checking the next 2 rows of vehicles, I returned to the cashiers office and informed the young lady that my car is not where she said it was (she got the spot off of the paperwork that was given to her). She looked flustered and did not know what to do. Fortunately a salesman was there, took my keys and had one of the mechanics look for my car. Approximately 10-15 minutes later, the mechanic appeared with my vehicle. More

Thank you, Andrea and Washington Ford, for being such a great place to do business. I am always updated on what needs done on my vehicle, I never worry about unnecessary repairs and my truck is always read great place to do business. I am privileged to have Andrea Baumgardner as my service advisor. She understands the need (such as new tires at an affordable cost) and helps us with getting that service. Additionally, she always alerts m advisor. She understands the need (such as new tires at an affordable cost) and helps us with getting that service. Everyone was very helpful providing me with a new battery for my F-150 that was stuck at my house. Big thank you to Joe (service tech) with advice on how to reset my battery monitoring system after installi for my F-150 that was stuck at my house. Big thank you to Joe (service tech) with advice on how to reset my battery monitoring system after installing the new battery and to Chad in Parts for carrying the new battery out to the parking lot for me. And thanks to Andrea in service for handling the transaction including using my FordPass points. More
