Due to numerous variables, my husband had to do all of the paperwork without me being present. Pei Pei was very helpful, speedy and flexible and did everything she could to make the process as smooth as p the paperwork without me being present. I just picked up a CR-V from Criswell today and I wanted to thank the whole staff for a great experience, but especially wanted to thank Pei Pei.
