By the time I got disconnected 4 times amd got through to someone the person kept saying we aren’t swapping this car with another dealer I was just calling to see if it was available. Despite the current reality of the new car market being a seller's market, everyone at Lia Toyota was extremely customer-centric, knowledgeable, and patient - taking however long it took to make sure custome seller's market, everyone at Lia Toyota was extremely customer-centric, knowledgeable, and patient - taking however long it took to make sure customer got all questions answered. Andre and Mark also came across as very interesting individuals. Tina was especially attentive, answering emails outside of normal business hours.
