This is the most deceptive bait and switch I have ever experienced at a dealership. I was told on Wednesday that a certain used car was available. They gave me detailed pricing information so I could get experienced at a dealership. I was told on Wednesday that a certain used car was available. They gave me detailed pricing information so I could get a check to come down and pick up the car. When I arrived Thursday am I was told there was no car. And this after driving over 100 miles from Fort Myers. Thanks for wasting my time. Friday I get a call. The car is suddenly available again at $2000 more than I was quoted. Now they think I’m gonna drive another hundred miles back there? Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. They make the claim they’re the largest dealer in the country. Funny when you check with Lexus, they say they are not. That’s two outright lies. Then they tell me how sorry they are and how they want to earn my business. That’s lie number three. If you really want to earn my business, try advertising cars you actually have in stock. If the car is not available, tell me that before I waste half my day driving across the state. Now I get a salesman calling me asking if there’s any other cars I’d be interested in. Again with the bait and switch. Then he starts arguing with me that they don’t do business that way. Read some of the other reviews posted here. That will tell you how they really do business. Do yourselves a favor. Buy your Lexus anyplace else. Don’t be deceived like I was. More
