Lexus Of Sarasota has a great selection of pre owned certified Lexus. Ana Lima was our salesperson, (she was enthusiastically referred to us from a family member). She was very knowledgeable about the v certified Lexus. Ana Lima was our salesperson, (she was enthusiastically referred to us from a family member). She was very knowledgeable about the various Lexus models and was patient with me, a first time Lexus shopper. The day we went to shop, we had an appointment with her and she was on time and ready to show us around and test drive. We selected our car and Ana helped to negotiate a fair price for our trade in and then onto financing. As we all know, buying a car is never a quick transaction but LOS made it as painless as possible. When the car was prepped and brought around, we were then escorted to the car by the person who sets up your electronics (pairs and adds the Lexus app to your phone). He was quite helpful and patient. I would shop at Lexus Of Sarasota again and would certainly recommend Ana Lima to anybody looking to buy a car from that dealership. More

Public review Lexus of Sarasota I’d worked probably 150 hours looking at cars, ratings and sellers. I found a used car I liked, but there were several issues with the transaction, some that may be ille 150 hours looking at cars, ratings and sellers. I found a used car I liked, but there were several issues with the transaction, some that may be illegal! 1. I bought a used Honda Accord on 11/18/25. I was presented an offer sheet that included four circled items that the salesperson said were required by the state and so were non-negotiable. Three of them were NOT required by the state: a $1298 pre-delivery service fee, a $598 Electronic Filing fee (which only costs $75 at the state and electronic filing is NOT necessary), and a $198 Tag Agency fee. So that’s about $2500 extra profit for the dealer (which, since I was financing I also had to pay Sales tax on!). They are, of course, allowed to ask what want for these in Florida, but saying they are mandated by the state is deceptive and dishonest.The Sales tax was the fourth item, which is required by the state . 2. They charged me $271 for registration, which would be a typical charge for a NEW registration, but mine was a transfer since I was trading in. The state charges about $80 for a transfer. So that was either illegal or another gross overcharge! 3. My trade-in was a 2016 Honda Accord Sport which I bought new and took very good care of. At previous dealers I had it appraised at $14,200, $14,000 and $13,000 (2). Their offer of $10k was very low., $2000 below the lowest range at Kelly Blue Book and $3000 below their appraisal. I asked the salesperson to ask for a better deal and gave her my paperwork proof of other iffers and she said she’d ask. But she never got back to me and in the paperwork shuffle and in my very tired state, I forgot to ask (I think I just assumed which is a mistake). It wasn’t until I got home and went through all 23 forms that I saw they had only paid $10,519. I was very disappointed in the trade but also angry that nobody told me that in person. If they had, I would have rejected the whole deal. My old car appeared on their on theur web site three days later for $16,298. I’m 70 years old and on the autism spectrum and feel I was taken advantage of and manipulated. I naively thought Lexus was different than other dealerships that pull these kind of deceitful stunts. I have contacted the dealership through an internal review and the general manger by both text and certified mail and have not heard back from anyone. Not one word! Unless you’re very rich and don’t care that you spend more than $6000 over and above the asking price for padded fees and lowball trade-ins, I strongly advise you to avoid this dealership! More
