When I arrived the vehicle was ready for me to inspect and test drive. Shelley Barr the sales lady made the purchase go quick with little stress involved. Danny the Sales Manager was kind enough to agree on a trade in price for our vehicle with only seeing pictures but they were not disappointed once they saw the condition of my trade. Mike O'Connell was also extremely helpful in getting this deal done. I can honestly say I even though I live 80 plus miles from this Dealership I will always keep them in mind for my next purchase. More

Setting up the appointment to see the car and test drive was very easy. Cesar was thorough in explaining all of the features and answered any questions we had. There was no pressure to buy the car. We wanted to see another car at another dealership and Cesar said that he understood and we were always welcome to come back. The next day we went to the other dealership. Our experience with the that dealer was terrible (typical car salesman and hidden costs). We called Cesar right away and bought our car from Sullivan the same day. We were very pleased with how we were welcomed and treated at Sullivan. I would certainly recommend Sullivan Buick/GMC. More

She had everything situated so when we got there Cesa F was amazing in answering all of my questions before coming in and setting up my appointment. She had everything situated so when we got there Cesar could show us the car right away. Cesar was very helpful and worked with us until we were both happy with the deal. Mike in Finance was awesome going through everything with us and explained everything in detail so we felt comfortable.
