Every employee at Mazda of Claremont treats us like a valued family member. Amy, in the service department is fantastic. Whether it’s my wife taking the car in for service or myself taking my car I know valued family member. Amy, in the service department is fantastic. Whether it’s my wife taking the car in for service or myself taking my car I know her knowledge and wisdom can be trusted when it comes to the right decision. The other day my new CX 30 infotainment system froze. After explaining the situation, and what I was experiencing, Amy, wrote the most concise and accurate description of the problem so the technician could diagnose it. Amy is the person my wife and always like to deal with one taking our vehicles in for service. She’s always very pleasant and knowledgeable of the vehicles. More
